I’d like to find out some info such as pay, benefits, and any other info. I’m thinking about seeking employment there.

Never worked for them, but I suppose all of that will depend on your experience and position (full time, part time, etc) You would probably also get commission.

I’d call the store nearest you and set up an appointment w. the store manager. Tell him/her you’re interested in possible employment but want to know what the company offers it’s employees by way of compensation.
I don’t know if they’re commissioned based sales. That’s something you should be aware of before deciding if you want to work there.
There are also a handful of other options if you’re looking to get into the music retail world- like mom and pop shops, Guitar Center, or school band instrument retailers.
